Hot Chip announces their big comeback! The British electropop band is ready to set the dance floor ablaze once again with a new album and a new tour in the spring of 2027. Their concert in Belgium will take place on Sunday, February 28, 2027, at La Madeleine!

Hot Chip, a visionary electronic band formed in 2000, emerged from the vibrant atmosphere of the new century. For more than twenty years, Alexis Taylor, Joe Goddard, Owen Clarke, Al Doyle, and Felix Martin have been building a unique discography that blends emotion, experimentation, and an irresistible urge to dance. Eight albums later, the band continues to impress with must-hear classics like “Over and Over,” “Boy from School,” “Ready for the Floor,” and “I Feel Better.” When the five musicians gathered this year in their London studio to record their ninth album, *A Long Way From Kansas*, they felt the need to confront the realities and uncertainties of our time. Despite the prevailing gloom, this new album chooses to celebrate life, solidarity, and a sense of connection. The album, which is set to be released on January 8, is a ray of light in the darkness and reminds us that nothing beats the feeling of coming home—whether that’s on the dance floor, surrounded by like-minded people, or in the intimacy of your own home. The first single, “Random Violence,” which was just released, immediately sets the tone. The album *A Long Way From Kansas* is both somber in tone and euphoric in sound, and is stranger, louder, bolder, and more mature than ever. It showcases Hot Chip’s creativity and their ability to completely captivate their fans.
