For each concert, a limited number of tickets are specially reserved for ING customers as part of ING Presales. This exclusive presale begins 24 hours before tickets go on general sale and ends 1 hour before general sale begins. To access it, simply click on “ING CUSTOMER TICKETS” on the page of the concert you are interested in and pay for your purchase with your ING Belgium card.

ING PRIORITY ACCESS

As an ING customer, you have the opportunity to be one of the privileged few to enjoy priority access to the show! It’s a dream come true to be the first to enter the venue and stand in the front row to enjoy the show! To take advantage of this offer, you must be among the first to purchase your “ING Priority Access” tickets before they sell out. ING Priority tickets will be available during the ING Presale. To take advantage of your priority access on the day of the show, all you have to do is go to the “ING Priority Access” door at the south entrance of ING Arena at the “Opening doors priority access” time indicated on your ticket. Follow the on-the-spot instructions and be punctual so you don’t miss out on this exceptional advantage! ING Priority Access holders enter before “normal” ticket holders. If the artist has put VIP packages with “early access” on sale, these holders will enter the venue before ING Priority Access holders.
